The hotel’s location near the river is convenient to explore the nearby area on foot. Walls in the rooms present beautiful artwork to admire. the staff is always friendly and polite, efficient in check-in and checkout processes.
The hotel needs urgent maintenance.

The location is great, directly on the river a few 100 m away from the hot springs, where you can enjoy hiking in the primary forest, get a massage or lie down in the hot springs. Great restaurants are also only a few meters away, like Thai barbeque with the best crab meat I have ever eaten with all what you can eat for 200 baht.
A Thai app for translations is very useful for communication with the staff

Nice hotel with simple rooms. Well located, near the hot springs and close to the bus station. The receptionist spoke rather poor English, but thanks to a translation app on his mobile phone, this was no problem.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was easy to walk to the hot springs, and the river was right by the hotel's entrance. The staff members were really friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at ease. The hotel facilities were very clean, especially the parking area, which was such a relief.
No complaints. I had a very pleasant stay in this city.

Had an amazing New Year experience at this cozy resort surrounded by nature. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and the hot spring was extremely rejuvenating. , the free breakfast and coffee kept us going through the day. The nighttime stars were surreal in the serene environment.
The wi-fi was not available in the rooms, only in common areas and the connection was weak. The room could have been cleaner and had some minor faults.

Our city trip to this resort had some great aspects that we loved. the location was convenient, as it was close to some of the top attractions in the area. the resort offered a free shuttle service to the local hot springs, which was a highlight of our trip. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. We also enjoyed the delicious meals that were served at the on-site restaurant.
the Wi-Fi connection was slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected with our friends and family back home.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
